Returns

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Returns must be approved before being sent.

To start a return, please contact us at info@yxngdon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to return to your original payment method (this may vary depending on your bank).

Damages & Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@yxngdon.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
